Billing questions we hear most.
Do unused renders roll over to the next month?
No. Your limit resets on the first day of every billing cycle. If you keep finishing with renders left over, drop to a smaller plan. If you keep running out, top up with a one-off pack or move up.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated - you only pay for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle, and your current plan's limits stay active until then.
Is annual billing really 20% cheaper?
Yes - 12 months discounted instead of 12 months at full rate. Studio works out at $19/mo instead of $29 ($228/year vs $348). Agency: $99 instead of $129.
What happens when I hit the monthly limit?
The Generate button locks but your projects stay intact. You can buy a one-off pack (from 5 renders) or wait for the reset. All previous renders remain accessible.
Which payment methods do you support?
Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). In Poland also BLIK and Przelewy24. For annual plans we can issue a pro-forma invoice on request.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes - automatically after every payment. We handle Polish VAT; EU customers can use reverse charge with a valid EU VAT ID. Invoices come as PDF and are also accessible from the billing panel.
Can I get a refund if the plan isn't right for me?
Yes - within 14 days of purchase, provided you've used fewer than 10 renders. Email us and we'll refund the card within 5 business days.
Do you offer student or education discounts?
Yes - 50% off the Studio plan once we verify your university status (student ID or .edu email). Email us for the discount code.
